All cancellations will be subject to a $50 handling fee. Guests who cancel within 30 days of their arrival date will forfeit the entire amount of their deposit plus a $50.00 handling fee. Cancellations which occur more than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to one night room rate plus tax.  There will be no refunds given for early departures. Priced per Cancellation.

Damage Fees
When making your reservation you agree that you are responsible for any damages or any items missing from the bungalows.  If items are found damaged or missing after checkout, you authorize Singer Island Resort and it owners to charge the credit card on file for those damages or missing items.  As a guest of Singer Island Resort you are also responsible for any damage done by you or your party to the grounds of Singer Island Resort.  You also authorize Singer Island Resort and its owners to charge the credit card on file for your booking, for any damages done to the grounds of Singer Island Resort.  If the credit card on file is declined then you will be responsible for all legal fees as well as the costs of damages or missing items that the Owners of Singer Island Resort incure due to negligence by you or your party.

Pets are allowed with written permission, excluding Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Mastiffs. In accordance with Palm Beach County Statutes, all pets must be leashed and all pet waste must be removed by its owner. Dog-walking services and a pooper scooper are available for your convenience upon request. A refundable pet deposit will apply.  Your pet deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your departure date assuming no damage by your pet has been done. Priced per Unit.

There is a 3-night minimum stay on all rooms. Check out time is 3 PM, Check in time is 11 AM.

We accept cash (in advance) PayPal and credit cards. (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express). Rates subject to change without notice and on Holidays or Special Events.

All guests must register at the front desk. All rates subject to State and County Taxes of 11.00% which will be added to the published room rate.
